What we collect
- Enquiry data, the name, company, email, phone number and message you provide through our contact form or by emailing or calling us.
- Recruitment data, any CV or certification details you send us in connection with a role.
- Technical data, basic, anonymised analytics about how visitors use the site (see Cookies below).
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use enquiry and recruitment data to respond to you, to provide quotations and services, and to consider you for employment. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example our email and IT providers), and with clients or authorities only where necessary to deliver works or meet a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and recruitment data for no longer than necessary unless you ask us to keep it on file.
