Our commitment

ARB Access Group Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings, and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain. We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking.

Our business

We are a family-run arboricultural and civils contractor delivering vegetation management, earthworks and structure examinations, rope access, fencing and ecology services to the rail and infrastructure sectors across England, Scotland and Wales. Our workforce is directly employed.

Our supply chain

Our supply chain includes plant and equipment suppliers, sub-contractors, and providers of professional and support services. We expect everyone who works with us, for us, or on our behalf to share our commitment to these principles.

Policies and due diligence

  • We pay all employees at or above the Real Living Wage, as an accredited Living Wage Employer.
  • We carry out right-to-work checks on all directly-employed staff.
  • We expect suppliers and sub-contractors to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and uphold the same standards.
  • Our workforce and supply chain can raise concerns confidentially through CIRAS.

Training and awareness

We raise awareness of modern slavery risks among our managers and supervisors so that potential indicators can be identified and reported.

This statement is made in line with the principles of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will be reviewed and updated annually.
