Vames Access company induction - welcoming over 20 new colleagues

Over the past three months, we have proudly welcomed more than 20 new individuals into the business through our new joint venture, Vames Access Ltd. As part of their introduction to the company, we recently delivered a comprehensive company induction, bringing the team together to explain our values, expectations, safety culture and the standards we expect across every project.

The session also provided an opportunity for our new colleagues to understand the wider ARB Access Group, meet key members of the management team and learn more about how Vames Access will support the continued growth of our specialist access, structural examination and enabling works capabilities.

Welcoming more than 20 people in such a short period represents an important milestone for the joint venture. We are delighted with the experience and expertise joining the business and look forward to supporting everyone as they settle into their roles and contribute to the future success of Vames Access.
