CIV/065 enabling works & examinations, West Coast South

Remit

Delivery of 76 unfinished CIV/065 examinations on various earthwork and cutting assets across West Coast South, including all enabling works required, SWP, third-party liaison and de-vegetation works.

Delivery

The programme was delivered in two stages, based on compliance dates, as requested by the client.

Possessions, line blockages and separated packs were utilised for the delivery, with de-vegetation enabling works self-delivered ahead of each examination.

Outcome

Outstanding examinations brought back into compliance, with all enabling works delivered under the same contract rather than handed to a separate sub-contractor.
